Paleo, Meats and Vegetables
I have found a great diet that helps me to get more real food into my daily routine. I began using this diet to try to slim down and tone up and have found that it works well for a number of different things that have been bothering me. One of the very best things about this diet is that I no longer really feel deprived of the foods I most enjoy. As a matter of fact, it has helped me to find much healthier ways of eating and I have seen the pounds drop quickly.
During my first week using this diet, I noticed that I did want some of the old foods. Those cravings subsided rather quickly, though. My energy has been fantastic and I have not felt this good in years. My husband has even noticed that I have been much happier and he also enjoys the diet. It hasn’t taken much convincing to get him on board, and he is also feeling and looking so much healthier for having done this. We have both really enjoyed the wide variety of meals that we have been able to prepare this way. It really brings things back to basics and that has simplified the way we prepare food, as well.
We’re using Paleo Diet Recipes. What this is, is a predominately unprocessed way of eating. We also have completely taken grains and dairy out of our diet and this has been remarkable in terms of how we feel even just after we eat. I have noticed that since doing this, my monthly “female troubles” have been much less, and he has noticed that his muscle definition has gotten much better. I am really glad that we decided to do this and cannot wait to see what the long term results are.
